We want you to be confident before you enroll. This Refund Policy explains when we can refund your payment for the Drive Defensively Texas Driving Safety Course and related products.
Please check with your court before enrolling. Asking your court for permission first is the best way to avoid paying for a course you cannot use.
Full refund - eligible when:
Driving records are ordered from Texas DPS on your behalf. Once a record has been requested, its fee is non-refundable.
Certificate delivery upgrades (for example, expedited shipping) are non-refundable once the certificate has shipped.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback may suspend access to the course and delay certificate issuance while the dispute is reviewed.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on your purchase date applies to that purchase.
